Every home and every customer is different, but we want to provide a transparent pricing model as a foundation for all of our services. We will often run promotions, and you can save by subscribing to one of our monthly packages, but we want to provide the perfect mix of transparency, professionalism, and unmatched client care excellence.
Base Rate: $50/Hour
All services have a 3 hour minimum. (Smaller property or project? Contact us for custom pricing that serves your needs!)
First Clean: Consultation Required
Depending on how deep we have to go to get that refreshing sparkle out of your home on the first visit, our rates are subject to change for that first visit. As always, we will work with you, your needs, and your budget to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
