Base Rate: $50/Hour
All services have a 3 hour minimum. This allows us enough time to give your home the proper attention and care it deserves, without rushing through the details that make a real difference.

We often run promotions, and you can also save by subscribing to one of our monthly cleaning packages. Whether you need recurring maintenance, a seasonal refresh, or a more detailed clean, we want to provide the right mix of transparency, professionalism, and client care.

First Clean: Consultation Required
Your first cleaning visit is often the most important one because it allows us to bring your home up to the level of care and freshness you are looking for.
Depending on how deep we have to go to get that refreshing sparkle out of your home on the first visit, our rates are subject to change for that first visit.
Thoughtful First Cleans
Some homes may simply need standard maintenance, while others may require extra time for buildup, detailed areas, special requests, or a deeper level of attention. Because of that, we require a consultation for first cleans so we can better understand the condition of the home, the scope of work, and your expectations before giving final pricing.
